Rebekah Chase is an accomplished accounting and operations professional with over two decades of experience in the non-profit, private and public sectors that includes fiscal planning, auditing and administering employee benefit programs. She oversees all financial operations while also managing HR functions as the Director of Finance & Human Resources at EMC Communications. 

Prior to joining EMC Communications, Rebekah worked for Small Business Majority, maintaining the organization’s accounting systems, preparing financial reports and assisting in budget development. She also worked with the development department to prepare, review and report on programs. Rebekah successfully completed her Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) Advanced instruction program through The Nonprofit CPA’s Alliance. Rebekah previously worked for Northern California school districts as their Director of Accounting and Chief Business Official. She advised the school board and the Superintendent’s Cabinet on all finance-related issues and was responsible for long-term fiscal planning, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, employee benefit programs and other operations. She began her career working as an auditor, conducting audits of non-profit organizations and governmental agencies, for a CPA firm in Sacramento. 

Rebekah lives with her husband and two children in Elk Grove, California where they spend most evenings at the little league baseball field.
